Fitness Training

STRENGTH + YOGA + PILATES

As a certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor and Mat Pilates Instructor, my private training programs can consist of any of these formats or blend them all for a well-rounded personalized program to help you reach your goals effectively. I specialize in working with women and have had so much fun over the years training women in all stages of life - from high school athletes to retirees. I love getting to work with mamas at any stage of motherhood, as well, and have had extensive experience with pre- and post-natal training. For sessions, I will come to you so that you don’t even have to leave your house! No fancy home gym or equipment required. My sessions are one hour long and are completely personalized based on your specific goals and needs.

STRENGTH

I strength train my clients with functional, circuit style programs to emphasize fat loss and lean muscle gain, otherwise known as “toning”. Resistance training is extremely important for women to incorporate into their fitness regimens since we tend to lose muscle mass as we age. This type of training also helps improve bone density and improve metabolism.

YOGA

Yoga truly is for every body, whether you’re a child or basking in your golden years; whether you can flip into full wheel pose or barely touch your toes. There’s a reason why the majority of pro sports teams are adding yoga to their athletes’ training programs. Improved flexibility and balance will complement everything else you do in life.

PILATES

The Pilates method focuses solely on core strength and I incorporate it into every training program that I do. Your core supports the rest of your body, so building strength there creates a strong foundation for anything else you want to do. The core includes the family of muscles in your abdominals, back and hips. It’s your body’s powerhouse!

This is my current availability. If you are interested in a time not listed below, please reach out to me because there may be a spot coming available that is not yet listed. I provide in-home training for clients in the central Houston area. If you have a question about my training area, just email me!

Mondays: 8:30am
Tuesdays: 8:30am, 1pm
Wednesdays: 11am, 2:30pm
Thursdays: 8:30am, 1pm, 2:30pm
Fridays: 8:30am, 12pm, 1:30pm

TRAINING PACKAGES & PRICING

All sessions are one hour long and are personalized to meet your specific needs. You will have a set time on my schedule every week to keep your program consistent and effective. My training sessions are bundled into packages for your convenience and packages of 10 or more can be split into two payments. The 10 and 20 pack are the most popular!

5 SESSIONS - $400 ($80 EACH)

10 SESSIONS - $750 ($75 EACH)

15 SESSIONS - $1050 ($70 EACH)

20 SESSIONS - $1300 ($65 EACH)
