From meditation to cooking advice to visualization techniques, you can find it all here. To me, “Health & Wellness” covers everything from what you put on your plate to what you put in your brain and we’ll talk about it all and how it all works together to create the tapestry that is your life. I will let you in on everything from my favorite recipes to my favorite books. Being healthy is about more than just being strong and this is where we will explore all of those other aspects.

NUTRITION

How we choose to nourish our bodies is as important as how we choose to move and strengthen them. We need proper nutrition in order for our bodies to function properly and allow us to do all of the things we want them to - run, jump, play with our kids, travel, go on adventures. Learning how to make healthy choices can be fun and it’s something the whole family can get involved with!

MINDFULNESS

What’s happening in our headspace is an integral part of our overall wellness. Tools such as meditation, visualization and practicing positivity can have far reaching effects when it comes to our health and quality of life. These tools can help keep our path clear and uncluttered so we can focus on the things that are truly important to us - peace, love, health, success and happiness.

MINDSET

The world is your oyster. Reminding yourself daily of how full of potential you really are is incredibly important. It’s so easy to get bogged down in the mundane of the day to day, but when you make it a priority to fill your space with positivity and knowledge to help propel yourself to the next level, you’re not only making your own life better, but also those of everyone around you.
