Home is where the heart is, no doubt. It’s the place we spend the majority of our time and this environment is a major player when it comes to our overall health and wellbeing. Treating our home with love and care and giving it the respect it deserves by making it your “happy place” can change your health game significantly.

TRAVEL

This world is a big ol’ place and getting out there and exploring it gives us perspective, new experiences and a lifetime of memories. They say that travel is the only thing you can buy that makes you richer and I wholeheartedly agree. Having the opportunity to explore other cultures, foods and customs is such a treat and a change of scenery never hurts!

EXPERIENCES

Concerts and workshops and classes - Oh My! This is an endless category of curiosity and wonderment and, most importantly, fun! Letting yourself play and making it a priority in your life to have a great time is invaluable when it comes to overall health. Smiling from ear to ear or having a good belly laugh is a particularly special kind of vitamin!
