I can’t think of a more FUN and delicious way to bring in the new year than with two of my favorite things! I hope you’ll join me for this amazing virtual tasting experience on January 31, 2021! Nicole Patel of Delysia Chocolatier is pairing up (pun possibly intended) with top cheese expert, Laura Werlin, for a unique and exclusive tasting experience.
Participants will get to sample handcrafted chocolates along with perfectly paired cheeses. Personally, I’ve never heard of, let alone experienced this combination before, so I had to jump at the opportunity when I saw it. If there’s anything I’m happy to broaden my horizons on, it’s cheese and chocolate. As you all know, one of my core values is EXPERIENCES and fun events like this one are a great way for me to live into that value. I’m also all about learning about food and how to understand it in new and exciting ways, and this feels like a perfect way to do that.
