My mission in life is to help as many people as possible live their happiest, healthiest existence and I have helped hundreds of people over the years reach better levels of health and fitness. I especially thrive when working with women, supporting them and giving them space to to step into their own power to take their health to the next level. I believe that healthy people are happy people and I believe that happy people change the world. This is why I am here - to do my part to make the world a better place, one person at a time. As a Wellness Coach, I am able to combine my expertise as a certified Health Coach, certified Personal Trainer and certified Yoga Teacher to support you on your path to achieving your goals, whatever they may be. Having a “guide on the side” will help hold you accountable and keep you on track with everything that you want to achieve. We will work together to bring balance to all areas of your life, setting you up for greater success with reaching your health goals.

Health & Fitness

FITNESS has been a lifelong passion of mine and I’ve spent over a decade now working with people in one-on-one and group settings in the areas of personal training, yoga and Pilates. It’s amazing, but I’ve learned that there is a lot more to being healthy than being able to do a push-up with your knees off of the ground. It’s also about NUTRITION and the power of what we choose to put on our plates. It’s about MINDFULNESS and taking the time to strengthen the mental and spiritual muscles needed to live a life filled with abundance and peace. I’ll also be offering up recommendations for my favorite books, music, and podcasts to help get your MINDSET in tip-top shape.

On this site, you will find guidance in all of these areas with access to a variety of online workout videos (Full Circle Members Club or Video Bundles available), guided meditations, cooking demonstrations and healthy recipes.


Lifestyle

As I stated above, I’ve learned that there’s much more to good health than working out, so we’re going to explore other ways to live a full, balanced, fun life! If you’re not having any fun, what’s the point?? For instance, one of the most important things we can do for our health is practice SELF-CARE. We will also talk about PARENTING and all of the joys and challenges that brings as a mother. We’ll talk about TRAVEL, which is one of my favorite things to do. I believe that leaving your home base and seeing new sights, sounds, tastes and cultures teaches us so much and expands our horizons in infinite ways. For those of you who are local (Houston), I’ll also be offering tips for local shopping/eating spots. I hope you’re here for all of it and ready to have some fun!
